If you aren't sure which of our offered sizes would fit you best, you can get an approximate measure of your wrist size by using a soft fabric measuring tape, or a strig. Measure around your wrist. If you are using a string, next hold against a ruler. Add three fourths of an inch to an inch to allow for movement.
